YouTube star Nikocado Avocado — who famously unveiled a sudden 250-lb. weight loss, seemingly overnight — has shared another secret: He got skin removal surgery.

“I had a lot of loose skin,” the social media star (real name: Nicholas Perry) said in a YouTube video posted Feb. 12 to his 4.6 million subscribers. “I knew I would have some and I was hiding it in my clothes … it’s just skin, you can kind of tuck it under your pants and hide it. And that’s what I decided to do, because I did not want to get skin removal surgery at that time.”

Perry explained his previous decision to have a facelift, saying, “you can hide your rolls … you can’t hide your face.” However, as the 32-year-old explained in the video, he wanted to see how he fared with the facelift before considering a more complicated skin removal surgery.

“If I can’t survive this, then we’re definitely not doing loose skin removal,” Perry said, adding, “the facelift was so easy“ that during recovery, he consulted with a surgeon and went through with the skin removal.

“I was shopping for clothes for a wedding, nothing fit, and I had to keep pushing my stomach into my pants. It was so annoying and gross and I just I was like, ‘I have to get this off.’ ”

He underwent a “360 body lift,” which the American Society of Plastic Surgeons explains removes “excess sagging skin and fat,” which can improve a  “dimpled, irregular skin surface.” The 360 — as Perry explains — comes from the incision that goes entirely around his torso, like a belt.

During the procedure, he says, “They removed 10bs. of skin.”

As he shared details of his surgery, Perry ate a meal from McDonalds, albeit a smaller version of the meals he would eat when he rose to fame as the “King of Mukbangs.” Mukbang, which originated in South Korea, is a genre of videos in which people show themselves eating exorbitant amounts of food, usually junk food, while interacting with viewers.

He took a break from the mukbang to show off the pre-surgery loose skin — whilst covering his nipples, because “YouTube can be a little weird.” He grabbed fistfuls of skin, saying it’s “like a blanket.” He also shared photos of the post-surgery waist binder, which he wears “24/7” — and then revealed his final look.

“I am loving my results. I feel so good. I haven’t felt this good for, like, ever in my entire life,” Nikocado said, showing off the scars under his arms and around his waist. “I’ve never felt this good … I can’t wait to go to the beach and watch the sunrise and meditate and feel that sun and feel that breeze and breathe that air.”
