Nikki Garcia and Artem Chigvintsev have settled their divorce two months after the former WWE star filed to end their marriage.

“Nikki and Artem have settled their divorce and will not be going to court,” a rep for Garcia told Page Six. “Both parties decided to drop the domestic violence restraining orders against each other in an effort to move on with their lives and effectively co-parent their son.”

“Nikki’s number one priority has always been her son and privacy on the matter,” the statement continued. “She is thankful for all of the love and support she has received during this difficult time.”

The exes hammered out a settlement during mediation earlier this month — two weeks before their divorce trial was set to begin, according to TMZ.

Sources told the outlet that Garcia, 40, and Chigvintsev, 42, decided to quickly settle their split to move on from the emotionally draining process. They were also reportedly tired of paying hefty legal fees.

Although the pair aren’t on great terms, they are cooperating for the sake of their 4-year-old son, Matteo.

While the terms of the agreement are unclear, the professional dancer was previously granted joint custody of the toddler — despite Garcia’s request for sole custody.

It’s unknown whether Chigvintsev was also granted spousal support from his ex, which he requested and she tried to block.

Garcia filed for divorce from Chigvintsev less than two weeks after the “Dancing With the Stars” pro’s August domestic violence arrest.

Chigvintsev called 911 himself to request medical assistance for the unnamed victim after they got into a heated argument — only to call back and cancel the request.

However, police still showed up at their Napa Valley home and the professional dancer was booked on a felony corporal injury charge.

The Russian-born dancer was released from jail on $25,000 bail just hours after his arrest. Chigvintsev has maintained his innocence and claimed Garcia was the aggressor in the incident.

In his restraining order filing, the professional dancer claimed he contacted law enforcement “seeking protection from his wife’s persistent aggression.”

Meanwhile, in her restraining order filing, Garcia alleged that Chigvintsev tackled her to the ground and pinned her arms following a verbal altercation that morning.

She also accused Chigvintsev of being physically violent on one prior occasion and claimed he was verbally abusive at times.

Prosecutors ultimately decided not to file criminal charges against the “DWTS” pro.

The exes began dating in 2019 after meeting on Season 25 of “DWTS.” Chigvintsev popped the question one year later and the pair tied the knot in Paris in 2022.
