Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s daughter Sunday Rose is making waves in the fashion industry, and her latest fashion shoot is turning heads!
The 17-year-old has taken part in several high-profile campaigns and walked the runway during fashion week, and most recently has starred in an edgy new photoshoot with bi-annual fashion and art magazine, Middle Plane.
Sunday looked stylish dressed in a bright orange YSL ruffled gown with a dramatic silhouette, which she wore while posing outside a McDonalds in Paris, while eating some fries.
The fashion-forward look was a big hit with Nicole, who re-shared the photo on her Instagram Stories, accompanied by a love heart.
Sunday Rose’s modeling career
Sunday has been modeling since the age of 16 and made her runway debut during Paris Fashion Week in 2024 for Miu Miu’s S/S show. The teenager had been interested in modeling for a while, but her protective parents had wanted her to wait until she was 16 before stepping into the spotlight.
Shortly afterwards, she opened up about the show, revealing to Nylon that while she was nervous, everyone was “so kind”. She also revealed she had meditated beforehand because you “definitely don’t want to be in your head too much while you’re walking”.
School comes first
While Sunday is passionate about modeling, she’s also very focused on her studies – something her parents have instilled in her. During her catwalk debut, she admitted that schoolwork was at the front of her mind as she stepped out on the runway. “So at my first show, while I was walking, I was actually thinking about the amount of schoolwork I was going to make up! I was really just hoping my teachers would let me have a couple of days when I got back,” she told Nylon.
Nicole and Keith’s support
Both Nicole and Keith – who announced their separation in September 2025 – have spoken out in support of their daughter’s modeling career. Keith told Entertainment Tonight after Sunday’s debut runway show: “It was great. I thought she did great.” He also told People: “Hopefully we can just help her keep balance with everything through all of that. Hopefully she’ll benefit by having two parents that know about a certain amount of celebrity.”
Nicole is often re-sharing her daughter’s modeling photos, and told Vogue how she helps to protect her children when they are in the spotlight. She said that she tells them to shake off any judgement they receive. “Literally walk away from it,” said Nicole when asked about hater, judgement, and online excoriation. “Because it will fell you. It will destroy you.”
