Nicole Kidman shared she wants to grab lunch with pop star Lily Allen as they both navigate their bitter divorces.
The âBig Little Liesâ star named the âSmileâ songstress when asked who she would like to grab lunch with during her interview with the Hollywood Reporter for their 100 Most Powerful Women in Entertainment issue.
âLily Allen, Spike Jonze, Matthieu Blazy, [Sandra] Bullock, Joey King and Pope Leo, all at one table,â she said in the interview published Wednesday.
Kidman, 58, filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Keith Urban, 58, in September after 19 years of marriage.
At the time, court documents obtained by Page Six revealed the âBabygirlâ star cited âirreconcilable differencesâ as the reason for their separation.
She also requested to be the âprimary residential parentâ for her and the country singerâs daughters: Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.
While an insider previously told us that Kidman was âsad, but moving on,â a recent report revealed that she is choosing not to âdwell on regretsâ and is instead âbeliev[ing] everything happens for a reason.â
Allen, 40, and her estranged husband, David Harbour, meanwhile, separated in February and she filed for divorce in September after nearly five years of marriage.
The âNot Fairâ singer heavily hinted about her split from the âStranger Thingsâ star, 50, when she released her âWest End Girlâ album in October.
Allen didnât say Harbourâs name, but sings about being in an âopenâ relationship and how her partner âwent astrayâ in the song âDallas Major.â
Then in âPâsy Palace,â she talks about her partner having a double life, singing, âYou took someone shopping there in May 24 / You bought her a handbag, it wasnât cheap / I was in London, probably asleep.â
The hitmaker also sings about confronting her partner in the track âTennis,â singing, âIt was just sex, or is there emotion?â
Harbour has yet to comment on the album or his split from Allen.
However, the âBlack Widowâ star reflected on the âmistakesâ heâs made in his life during an interview with Esquire UK in November, saying that he would âchange either everything or nothingâ if he had the option.
âYou either accept your path completely and realize that even the pain and the slip-ups and the mistakes are all part of the journey, and that thereâs truth and growth, wisdom and deeper empathy and connection in all that,â he said.
