Nicole Kidman is a fan of Charli xcx’s latest fashion statement — and it’s easy to see why!
In an Instagram Stories post on Saturday, Feb. 15, the Babygirl actress, 57, shared a screenshot of one the pop star’s recent TikTok videos in which she wore a white T-shirt featuring three photos of Kidman with the word “NICOLE” emblazoned across it.
“Looks like I need to get myself a #brat shirt now @charli_xcx ,” Kidman captioned the screenshot.
Charli shared two TikToks featuring the graphic tee on Friday, Feb. 14, one of which showed her dancing around a bathroom, filming herself as she sang along to Clairo’s song “Sofia.”
In another clip in which she was wearing the T-shirt, the singer-songwriter spoke candidly about playing Laneway Festival in Australia on Friday alongside Clairo, 26, and being inspired by her music to try out an acoustic album, in contrast to her recent hyper pop-inspired Grammy-winning album BRAT.
“It got me thinking, what if we made a record with guitars and strings or both?” she said in the video.

Charli and Kidman’s support for each other goes both ways. The “365” singer has previously been candid about her love for several of the actress’ films, including her 1995 comedy-thriller To Die For, which tells the story of a small-town weather reporter named Suzanne Stone who decides to have her husband murdered in order to make it as a big-time news anchor.
In June 2024, Charli hosted a film series at the Roxy Cinema in New York City which showcased some of her inspiration for BRAT, which was released later that month. She shared that Kidman’s hilarious but self-centered character inspired her album.
“All of these films in some way link to the world of BRAT,” she said at the time. “Whether it’s Suzanne Stone’s extreme desire for attention in To Die For or the story of rivalry and lust between musicians in The Velvet Goldmine… there are things in there that directly link to the energy of BRAT.”

Following the musician’s wins at the 2025 Grammy Awards — which included wins for best recording package, best dance/electronic album and best dance pop recording for her single “Von dutch” — she seemingly took another page out of Kidman’s book by stepping into several film roles.
According to Deadline, Charli has been cast in the upcoming drama thriller The Gallerist alongside Natalie Portman, Jenna Ortega, Sterling K. Brown and more. She is also set to helm the film I Want Your Sex along with Olivia Wilde, and was also featured on the soundtrack of Elizabeth Banks’ latest film Skincare (after the pair previously collaborated on the soundtrack for the 2023 raunchy comedy Bottoms).
“I’m so excited for BRAT summer,” Banks told PEOPLE in August 2024. “It’s the best.”
