Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have finalized their divorce.

Court documents filed Tuesday and obtained by Page Six confirm that the former couple have agreed to waive all rights to child and spousal support.

Per their agreement, the “Babygirl” star will keep their daughters — Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15 — for 306 days of the year. Meanwhile, Urban has been allotted 59 days, or “every other weekend.”

Urban and Kidman also agreed that no one will have to pay child support as they both have a reported monthly income “in excess of $100,000.”

The actress, 58, and country music singer, also 58, have agreed that all property — including investments, bank accounts, household furniture, appliances, vehicles, and personal items — will be divided up in a way that they agree upon. They will also each keep what is already in their possession.

All alimony and spousal support claims were waved, according to the filing. Each parent is also responsible for their own legal fees and expenses.

It remains unclear whether they had a prenuptial agreement.

A hearing was scheduled for Tuesday, though Nicole waved her right to appear in court and she was spotted traveling back from Australia on Monday.

Kidman had spent the holidays Down Under with their daughters amid her separation from Urban.

The “Big Little Lies” star and Urban, separated after 19 years of marriage in September 2025.

“Sometimes relationships just run their course,” a source told Page Six about their breakup at the time, adding that Kidman “did not want the separation and was trying to save things.”

Kidman filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

The pair had reportedly been living apart since the beginning of summer 2025.

The duo reportedly agreed to a parenting plan which “includes refraining from speaking negatively about each other or their families.”

Following their breakup, the “You Look Good in My Shirt” artist was rumored to be romantically involved with his guitarist, Maggie Baugh.

He and Kidman met at a G’Day USA gala in January 2005 and tied the knot a year later.

Kidman was previously married to Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001.

She and the “Top Gun” star share two kids: Bella, 32, and Connor, 30.
