Bianca Balti made a statement with her bold red carpet appearance in Beverly Hills over the weekend.
On Sunday, March 2, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, 40, stepped out for the highly anticipated Vanity Fair Oscar Party hosted by editor-in-chief Radhika Jones at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts.
Balti opted for a breathtaking cream dress from Fendi’s couture summer/spring 2023 collection that had a sheer top but silk skirt. She documented the process of bleaching her hair and eyebrows to complete the look on her Instagram Stories before attending the event alongside Vanity Fair Italy’s editor-in-chief, Simone Marchetti.
“Tonight I had a date with an angel in Los Angeles ❤️” Marchetti wrote on Instagram, captioning a series of photos and videos they took throughout the event.
“Dear @biancabalti it was so funny and beautiful to be at the @vanityfair Oscar Party with you,” he continued.
“Thanks @radhikajones for this amazing night. And soon a little film on @vanityfairitalia with this incredible adventure ✨⭐️🌟” Marchetti added.
Balti reshared his post on her Instagram Stories, describing the night as “A dream come true,” alongside a white heart emoji.

The Italian model has been using the social media app to share health updates since revealing in September 2024 that she had been diagnosed with ovarian cancer. At the time, she said the stage 3C diagnosis came after she checked herself into the ER to find out the cause of her lower abdominal pain.
Balti underwent a preventative double mastectomy in 2022, having discovered that she was a carrier of the BRCA1 gene. She was told this meant she had a 50 percent chance of being diagnosed with breast cancer and a 30 percent chance of being diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
On Feb. 4, 2025, Balti marked World Cancer Day by sharing photos taken throughout her journey with ovarian cancer on Instagram and revealed that her chemotherapy ended on Jan. 27.
“On October 14th, I started my chemotherapy journey that just ended last Monday, January 27th, but to my great surprise, those last few months, I felt as alive as ever,” she wrote in the post’s caption.
“I was not taking my life for granted anymore, and my gratitude hit an all-time peak. Everything started to taste like a real blessing,” Balti continued. “It has been hard, and it isn’t quite over yet, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. They say, ‘What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger,’ but my experience is that what didn’t kill me made me love life a lot more.”
