How’s that for a fashion flashback?
Meghan Markle shared a new photo of herself on Instagram Wednesday to promote As Ever’s new Sweetheart Bundle collaboration with Compartés Chocolates, which includes her brand’s signature raspberry and strawberry spreads along with a collection of chocolate treats.
And in the image, the Duchess of Sussex wears a familiar-looking navy Roland Mouret dress styled with red velvet Dôen slingback flats.
Markle previously wore the elegant strapless midi in November 2018, when she and her husband, Prince Harry, attended the Royal Foundation Dinner at Kensington Palace and were still working members of the royal family.
In a post on X shared by singer-songwriter Tom Walker from the event, Markle can be seen sporting the chic dress.
“I had the absolute honour of performing for and meeting The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge & The Duke and Duchess of Sussex for the annual @kensingtonroyal#RoyalFoundation dinner,” Walker wrote at the time.
Markle was pregnant at the time with son Archie, now 6. Prince William and Kate Middleton also attended the dinner.
While the duchess’ dress is no longer available, it originally retailed for $4,165.
Markle, 44, also wore the look in an Instagram post teasing As Ever’s upcoming launch, which was uploaded last week.
The mother of two is a fan of rewearing her favorite pieces.
She’s been spotted in Brochu Walker’s Everyday Cashmere Bright Crew sweater at least nine times, most recently during her and Harry’s appearance at the Sundance Film Festival last month.
The couple went to the premiere of “Cookie Queens,” a documentary they executive-produced about Girl Scouts who strive to be top cookie sellers.
