Maya Jama has swapped the Love Island villa for a very different kind of heat as she enjoyed a traditional sauna during a family trip to Sweden.
The 31-year-old presenter looked incredible in a tiny white string bikini as she posed inside a wooden sauna, showing off her toned figure while embracing her Swedish heritage.
With her dark hair worn wet and loose around her shoulders, Maya appeared completely at ease as she held up a towel and flashed a peace sign for the camera.
The Love Island host, whose mother is Swedish, shared the striking photograph as part of an Instagram carousel documenting her idyllic family getaway, simply captioning the post: “The best time back in Sweden.”
Other photographs offered a glimpse inside Maya’s picturesque escape, with the star making the most of the beautiful countryside and spending precious time with her loved ones.
Never one to disappoint in the style stakes, Maya also modelled a chic white crop top and coordinating skirt during the trip, providing plenty of summer fashion inspiration.
© InstagramThe getaway comes after the TV star revealed that she was taking August off following another busy summer fronting Love Island.
Last week, she told her followers she was “taking the month off to focus on summer”, having wrapped filming on the latest series of the ITV dating show at the end of July.
And Maya has certainly been making the most of her downtime.
Before heading to Sweden, she kicked off her summer break with a trip to Greece, where she enjoyed some well-earned time in the sunshine before briefly returning to London to attend Peggy Gou’s Labyrinth on the Thames show.

The former couple, who had kept much of their relationship private, parted ways in April, and Maya has since appeared to be embracing single life.
She recently poked fun at the subject of romance in a playful Instagram collaboration, writing: “Some people catch feelings, I catch Soleros.”

Maya was also recently photographed enjoying an evening with chef James Freeman at his Notting Hill restaurant, Acre.
The pair were seen chatting outside the London restaurant after Maya had spent the afternoon there with friends, and shared a warm hug before James was pictured holding her hands.
