Mauricio Umansky has mystery woman riding shotgun as they leave Hollywood hotspot with PK Kemsley

Mauricio Umansky spent time with a mystery woman while out with PK Kemsley on Friday night in Los Angeles.

The real estate mogul, 55, was snapped driving after a night out at celeb hotspot Chateau Marmont with a mystery brunette riding shotgun. His fellow “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 58-year-old Kemsley, rode in the backseat.

Umansky was dressed casually in a light denim button-up shirt, while Kemsley wore a green shirt.

The nature of Umansky’s relationship with the woman, who was clad in black, is unknown.

While Umansky previously appeared “touchy and warm” with his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, at Kate Hudson’s star-studded New Year’s Eve Bash, they’re not reconciling romantically.

“They are not getting back together or rekindling their romance,” a source told Us Weekly.

The insider added, however, that there is “still so much love between” the separated pair and that they’re “in a really good place right now” after announcing their split in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage.

Richards, 57, and Umansky have have yet to file for divorce, though they’ve dated other people since their seoaration.

He was spotted getting handsy with “FBoy Island” star Celisa “CJ” Franco, 35, in Los Angeles back in November 2025.

He’s also been previously linked to several much younger women, including singer Anitta, 32, and models Nikita Kahn, 35, and Klaudia K, 33.

Meanwhile, Richards confirmed she was in a relationship after splitting from Umansky during an episode of “RHOBH” that aired in December 2025.

“I was in a very vulnerable place in my life and I fell hard for this person,” she revealed.

However, she said they were no longer together.

“All the speculation and the gossip and the talking is what ultimately ended it,” Richards explained. “I could have weathered the storm, but this is not for everyone.”

Richards and Umansky have continued to co-parent their kids — Alexia, 29, Sophia, 26, and Portia, 18 — since their split. Umansky is also a stepfather to Richards’ daughter from her first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie, Farrah, 37.
