A Maryland man allegedly affiliated with an infamous online sextortion network has been arrested for crimes committed against a minor in Idaho.
Jacob William St. Peter, 19, was arrested on a nationwide warrant on Tuesday, February 3, by the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office in Maryland, with the assistance of the Department of War and the Naval Criminal Investigative Services.
The arrest stems from his alleged contact with a minor in Nampa.
St. Peter is formally charged with sexual abuse of a child under 16 years, which is a felony.
The investigation began in December 2025 when a Nampa resident reported to police their child had received unsolicited explicit images from an unknown adult male through a number of online platforms.
Authorities were able to link St. Peter to the images through a digital forensic examination of the victim’s devices.
A statement from investigators contends St. Peter used the online handle “randysaystrade” and that he referenced “764” in his communications with the victim.
764 is an online sextortion network identified by the FBI as engaging in coordinated grooming and coercive exploitation of vulnerable children.
Nampa Police investigators developed enough evidence for the arrest warrant, which was served on St. Peter in Maryland by local police.
“Communicating with strangers online carries serious risks, particularly for minors, as predators exploit trust to manipulate and harm,” said Detective Noah Monroe of the Nampa Police Special Victims Unit. “The ‘764’ network exemplifies these dangers. It systematically targets vulnerable youth, beginning with seemingly harmless interactions, before escalating to coercion, blackmail, and demands for explicit or self-harm content. Parents and guardians must remain proactive in supervising online activity and educating children about these threats.”
Nampa detectives want to rule out the existence of any other victims. They ask that if you, a friend, or your child has had contact with St. Peter and his “randysaystrade” handle, please contact Det. St. Peter remains in custody in Maryland, awaiting extradition to Idaho. He is being held on a $100,000 bond. The investigation continues with a forensic review of seized devices to identify potential further victims.
764 has operated on an international scale since 2021, when it broke away from the CVLT network.
While some have described 764 as a “Satanic neo-Nazi cult,” investigations have shown most members have a misanthropic worldview as well as sadistic tendencies that drive their online activities.
764 has been described as a terror network by the United States Department of Justice and is considered a terrorist “tier one” investigative matter by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In Canada, 764 has been designated a terrorist group.
