Martha Stewart is spilling the royal tea.
The famous homemaker outed Meghan Markle for allegedly gossiping about last monthâs private reunion with King Charles at a recent dinner party.
âI had dinner with Meghan Markle the other night. We were both guests at a dinner party in California,â Stewart told People in an interview published Wednesday.
Stewart, 85, explained that the Duchess of Sussex, 45, âhad just gotten back from the palaceâ when they saw each other.
âI didnât talk to her really more than to say a couple words, but I know she was talking about it,â Stewart added of Markle.
Page Six has reached out to reps for Markle and Buckingham Palace for comment.
On July 10, Prince Harry, Markle and their two kids sat down with Charles and Queen Camilla at Highgrove House in the UK for a reunion four years in the making.
The last time the cancer-stricken monarch, 77, reunited with his grandkids, 7-year-old Archie and 5-year-old Lilibet, was in 2022, when they attended Queen Elizabeth IIâs Platinum Jubilee.
A source told Page Six that from Markleâs âperspective,â the meeting âwasnât entirely warm and fuzzy.âÂ
Notably, the Sussexesâ visit to the UK had hiccups even before the reunion.
Page Six exclusively reported that Harry, 41, and Markle were denied taxpayer-funded security, and had their offer to stay at Buckingham Palace rescinded, leaving Harry by himself for most of the trip.Â
A source told People that the trip âturned into a nightmareâ for Markle as she was forced to leave earlier than planned with the children.
Markleâs 45th birthday on Tuesday was also publicly ignored by the royal family.
Sources told Page Six that the palace did so because Markle and Harry havenât been working royals since 2020.
Elsewhere in her People interview, Stewart had a harsh verdict on Markleâs attempt to step into the cooking space.
âIf youâre an actress, itâs hard to then transition to a princess and then from a princess into a homemaking guru on a television show,â the cookbook author shared.
âIt doesnât sort of follow. So go from there,â Stewart added.
Following her departure from the royal family, Markle launched the lifestyle, cooking and hosting brand As Ever shortly after her lifestyle series, âWith Love, Meghan,â premiered on Netflix.
Page Six exclusively confirmed Markleâs show was canceled in January after three seasons.
Two months later, the streamer cut ties with As Ever.
