David is showing no regrets about his affair with Madison.
In PEOPLEâs exclusive sneak peek of the Feb. 25 âDecision Dayâ episode of Married at First Sight, David is confronted by Thomas about the cheating scandal.
âFor me, itâs important as a friend â if I call myself a friend to you â to hold you accountable, because thatâs what friends do,â Thomas says, to which David replies, â100%.âÂ
âYou know, you stand up with your friends, and even when they do wrong, you stand up with them, but later youâre like, âOkay, what the fâ?ââ Thomas says before questioning when the affair began.
He continues to press David for his own âpeace of mind,â asking, âIs this something like, did it start a long time ago? Or is this something where you guys [were] just friends, and then, you know?â
David admits the affair âstarted off at the gym⊠as a complete friendship.â He explains, âI was getting the communication, I was getting the attention, and just asking questions of who I was.âÂ
âSo that, right there, meant a sâ ton to me, to where, and probably started growing, after that,â he adds before Madison chimes in, âI think mine and Allenâs situation was 100% different than David and Michelleâs.âÂ
She claims that the cast was aware that Davidâs relationship was on the rocks, saying, âI think all of us knew that Michelle and David were not going to be together at the end of this. She didnât give a sâ about David.âÂ
Her allegation causes Michelle to turn her head as she pours a drink at the bar. She then asks Madison, âYou want to wait âtil I get over there?â
âSure, come sit down, Iâll gladly say it,â Madison replies.
On an episode of Married at First Sight earlier this month, Madison admitted she was no longer interested in pursuing a relationship with Allen and instead, had feelings for David.
âI do like you, probably more than I should. I just wanted to be honest with you, and I donât think that I can probably continue in my marriage personally,â she confessed.
âI donât think itâs fair to Allen and I know that itâs messy and I think that this could be something,â Madison added.
