Madonna spent Thanksgiving with all of her loved ones.

The Queen of Pop, 66, shared a rare family photo of all six of her children with her dad, Silvio, on Instagram Monday after celebrating the holiday in the Hamptons.

The first photo showed the “Vogue” singer and her 93-year-old father seated beneath a tree as kids Lourdes Leon, 28, Rocco Ritchie, 24, David Banda, 19, Mercy James, 18, and twins Stella and Estere, 12, surrounded them.

Madonna bundled up in all-black with a fur hat and black sunglasses and she placed one hand on her father’s lap. Her kids wore an array of fall attire — from flannels to denim and brown corduroy — as they posed in an open field.

“We are born into families and we create our own,” she captioned the carousel. “As time goes by I am more and more appreciative of these microcosms of life that Dance around me and teach me lessons every day.”

The Grammy winner noted that their family “has experienced many losses this year.” Her brother Christopher Ciccone died from cancer at age 63 in October — one month after her stepmother, Joan, also died from the disease at age 81.

“My father has endured with Dignity. Watching him cry in the cemetery when we buried my brother Christopher -right after he lost his wife. Was a moment I will never forget,” she reflected in the caption.

“Spending time with him and all my children on Thanksgiving was Medicine for the Soul đŸđŸ€Ž,” she concluded.

Madonna’s boyfriend Akeem Morris also joined them for the holiday. The “Material Girl” singer included several photos with her beau, including one of the pair snuggled up in the kitchen.

The music icon shed some layers for the family celebration, wearing a lace, corseted catsuit for the evening.

Madge was first linked to Morris, 28, in July 2024 and joined the hitmaker on a family vacation one month later.

Although the singer is rarely seen with all of her children, they all got together for her birthday party in Italy over the summer.

Prior to that, they hadn’t all been seen together since May 2023, when they stepped out in NYC for Mother’s Day.

While she keeps her kids offline, they keep her busy behind the scenes. Her son David and daughters Mercy, Stella, and Estere all joined the hitmaker on her “Celebration” tour.

While David dud a duet with his mom on “Mother and Father,” Mercy performed a powerful piano rendition of “Bad Girl.” The twins, for their part, showed off their dance moves.

Her eldest two children, who also worked with her on the MDNA Tour, made separate appearances on the tour.

During an interview with W Magazine in April 2024, the “Like A Prayer” singer said “nothing brings [her] more happiness” than “creating the magic” with her kids.

“It would be boring if they were just traveling from hotel to hotel, and occasionally coming to watch the show,” she said. “Of course, I am also their mother so sometimes we get on each other’s nerves. We are a family of artists but are also a family and that’s what happens.”

Madonna welcomed Lourdes in 1996 with ex-boyfriend Carlos Leon. Four years later, she and ex-husband Guy Ritchie welcomed Rocco. The exes adopted David in 2005 but split three years later.

She adopted Mercy and twins Stella and Estere in 2009 and 2012, respectively.
