Madonna poses in skimpy pink lingerie during rare unfiltered Instagram video

Madonna set pulses racing with an unfiltered Instagram video and wowed fans with a toned down appearance.

The “Material Girl” hitmaker notably did heavily alter her appearance — a rare move for Madonna, 66, who is rarely seen without filters online.

“Bedtime Stories Re -release and Vinyl coming soon !” she captioned the clip of herself wearing a revealing pink slip dress and thigh-high sheer tights Monday.

Not only did Madge wear the skimpy lingerie and ditch the filters, she also opted for minimal makeup in the post.

The songstress swapped her go-to smokey eyeshadow for a more natural appearance with a little bit of eyeliner and a simple pop of color with a pink lip.

Madonna was seen crawling on the floor throughout the video and put on a cheeky display by removing her coat at one point in the clip.

During another portion of the video, the Grammy winner signed her personal stationary with “Good-bye!” and addressed it to “amore.”

Elsewhere, Madonna added a Burberry trench coat and glasses to her ensemble.

Many of the musician’s fans took to the comments to react to seeing Madonna without a filter and to response to her album announcement.

“MY ALBUM IS ALIIIIIVEEEEE [sic],” one fan wrote, while another added, “She look [sic] AMAZING”

In 2022, plastic surgeon Dr. Ehsan Ali told Page Six what cosmetic work Madonna might’ve had done as he weighed in on her appearance.

“She for sure had a facelift,” Dr. Ali claims. “You can see her skin is pulled back and tightened, with no loose skin and no wrinkles. A facelift also alters the shape of your eyes, which you can see in her image, her eyes seem ‘pulled back.’”

A few months later, in February 2023, Madonna responded to criticism over her appearance.

“Look how cute i am now that swelling from surgery has gone down. Lol 😂,” she captioned a photo shared to X, though she has never revealed what she’s had done.

Last month, Madonna set tongues wagging with a series of snaps taken on her bed while she left little to the imagination in a little black dress.

The mini dress featured sheer sleeves and a plunging neckline. Madonna paired the ensemble with nearly knee-high leather boots.
