Alix Earle tearfully opened up about her loneliness following her recent breakup with NFL star Braxton Berrios.
In a TikTok video posted Tuesday night, the social media personality explained that she had pulled back from posting her âfeelings and emotionsâ online because she didnât want to be âsad in the dumps.â
Earle, 25, then questioned if viewers could relate to her heartbreak and the feeling of loneliness.
âI feel like the weirdest thing with my breakup and just going through, like, being alone is just being alone,â she said.
Though she has a support system of friends and family, Earle pointed out that ânot having the stability of a male partner or even just someone to talk to or distract [her]â felt âso weird.â
âIâve just always had boyfriends,â she added before self-describing as a âboyfriend hopper.â
The âGet Real With Meâ host then told fans she was shifting her focus to herself in the new year.
âThis year Iâm going to be dedicated to ⊠being OK with being alone,â she stated before admitting the process hasnât been easy.
âI donât know why I canât do it,â she confessed.
The âDancing With the Starsâ alum described this period of her life as a time of âgrowth,â telling fans that it makes her feel âsadâ and life âso lonely.â
Despite the glum feelings, Earle backtracked and said she was ânot lonelyâ as she had her loved ones.
âIâm just gonna start talking to you guys like youâre my boyfriend,â she joked to her 8.3 million TikTok followers.
âIf youâre also feeling weird, youâre not alone,â she added before ending the video playfully.
Celebrity friends were quick to support Earle in the comment section.
âCanât sleep either queen, it takes time. Coming from another boyfriend girl, forcing myself to be alone for the past year and a half was the best decision Iâve ever made. Youâve got thisâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž,â Barstool podcaster Brianna LaPaglia commented.
Paris Hilton chimed in, writing, âđ„ș I know exactly how you feel sis, been through it many timesđ I know it hurts đ but I promise you, it gets better. Stay strong and keep shiningâš Love youđ«¶.â
âWe love you â€ïž,â makeup artist Patrick Ta wrote, with influencer Haley Baylee adding, âBeing alone is hard but itâs also so wonderful when you achieve that peace â€ïžu got this!â
Earle and Berrios called it quits in early December after a two-year relationship.
Earlier this month, the âHot Messâ podcast host made headlines after being spotted looking cozy with Tom Brady at a New Yearâs Eve yacht party in St. Barths.
Not long after, Berrios unfollowed Earle on TikTok.
Amid the personal changes, Netflix announced Wednesday that Earle will be starring in a reality series later this year.
âFrom your FYP to your TV: Alix Earle, her family, and friends will star in an unscripted series dropping later this year on Netflix,â the account captioned the post.
âI share a lot of my life on social media, and people think they know everything there is to know about me and my family, but honestly, thereâs still so much more,â Earle said, according to Variety.
âWe are so happy that the show found a home with Netflix. At its core, this show is about our fun, loving, sometimes chaotic modern family, and how we always show up for each other through it all,â she continued in the statement.
