Lizzo is getting cheeky!

On Tuesday, Feb. 19, the singer, 36, shared a selfie on Instagram that showed off her slimmer physique amid her weight loss journey.

“Me myself & all my Memes,” she captioned the post, which also included screenshots of various memes and text posts.

In the photo, Lizzo poses in her black bra and underwear as she snaps a photo of her mirror reflection using her phone and a pink selfie stick. Wearing her hair down, gold hoops and light makeup, the Grammy winner faces away from the mirror and looks over her shoulder for the pic.

The carousel continued with a series of screenshots, including one of a blue text bubble that says, “Imma crash out.”

Lizzo has previously been candid about her weight loss journey, often referring to it as “weight release.” The musician shared a candid post to Instagram on Jan. 25, in which she reflected about reaching her “weight release goal.”

“I did it,” she captioned the post. “Today when I stepped on my scale, I reached my weight release goal. I haven’t seen this number since 2014!”

“Let this be a reminder you can do anything you put your mind to,” she added. “Time for new goals!”

The photo displayed her stomach and arms in a dark red two-piece workout set and a graphic stating that she reached her goal weight. A second image showed that she lowered her body mass index by 10.5 and lost 16% of her body fat since embarking on her journey in January 2024.

The “Truth Hurts” singer told The New York Times in March 2024 that she thinks of herself in terms of “body neutrality” instead of body positivity.

“The idea of body positivity, it’s moved away from the antiquated mainstream conception,” she said. “It’s evolved into body neutrality.”

“I’m not going to lie and say I love my body every day. The bottom line is, the way you feel about your body changes every single day,” she continued. “There are some days I adore my body, and others when I don’t feel completely positive.”
