Lizzo is feeling good as hell while showing off her weight loss transformation.

The “Truth Hurts” singer, 36, proudly highlighted her new, slimmer figure during a quick “‘fit check” on her latest Twitch video livestream posted earlier this week.

In response to someone’s comment that she “looked good,” the musician could be seen in the video getting up from her chair to properly show her full outfit, which included a black top with light-colored jeans and a silver cross pendant necklace — along with her shapewear brand Yitty.

“You already know I’m in that Yitty,” she told viewers, before turning her body to show off her behind and adjusting the waistline of her jeans. She then proceeded to dance for the camera, moving her hips from side to side.

That wasn’t the only time that she showed off her new figure during the livestream. Elsewhere in the video, she got up to show her jeans for fans who asked about the brand. She could be seen once again adjusting the waistline of the pants, which highlighted her slim waist.

The new video comes two weeks after Lizzo shared a mirror selfie on Instagram of herself posing in a black bra with matching underwear, along with gold hoop earrings and light makeup — showcasing just how far she had come in her weight loss journey, which she has referred to as “weight release.”

The musician previously shared a candid post on Instagram on Jan. 25, in which she reflected on reaching her “weight release goal.” She wrote, “I did it. Today when I stepped on my scale, I reached my weight release goal. I haven’t seen this number since 2014!”

“Let this be a reminder you can do anything you put your mind to,” she added alongside a photo which displayed her stomach and arms in a dark red two-piece workout set and a graphic stating that she had reached her goal weight. “Time for new goals!”

Lizzo previously opened up to The New York Times in March 2024 about choosing to integrate fitness routines into her daily life — which she began doing around January 2024 — and noted that she didn’t “regret” making the change.

“I’m taking the time every day to put some love into my body,” she told the outlet. “There is never a day when I regret taking a walk or doing some Pilates.”

“I’ve been methodical, losing weight very slowly,” Lizzo added, before responding to critics who argue that her losing weight goes against her former body-positivity stance.

“My body is nobody’s business,” she insisted.
