Lizzo is baring it all.

The “About Damn Time” chart-topper admitted that she didn’t lose her virginity until her 30s — and spent years lying about it to save face as part of a promise she made when she was younger involving her first Grammy Award.

“I was a late bloomer. I lied about it for a long time,” the 37-year-old confessed to “Friends Keep Secrets” podcast hosts Benny Blanco, Lil Dicky and Kristin Batalucco.

After the hosts tried guessing when it finally happened, Lizzo, whose real name is Melissa Jefferson, spilt that it was in 2020.

“Isn’t that crazy?” she said. “I wasn’t even thinking about it
I promised myself when I was younger that I wouldn’t have sex until I won a Grammy.”

While the room erupted, Lil Dicky couldn’t resist asking whether she would’ve eventually caved without the trophy.

Lizzo laughed it off, clarifying, “It was not the night of Grammys,” but confirmed it happened soon after she picked up her first Grammy in 2020.

That night, she picked up three awards: Best Pop Solo Performance (“Truth Hurts”), Best Urban Contemporary Album (deluxe version of “Cuz I Love You”) and Best Traditional R&B Performance (“Jerome”).

She was also nominated for Best New Artist, Record of the Year (“Truth Hurts”), Album of the Year (“Cuz I Love You” deluxe), Song of the Year (“Truth Hurts”) and Best R&B Performance (“Exactly How I Feel”).

Before that milestone, Lizzo said she was straight-up bluffing her way through awkward social moments — including one painfully relatable college memory at the University of Houston.

“I feel a weight off of my chest right now,” she admitted. “It was so embarrassing. I was in a friend group of girls. We were all girling one night and it was like, ‘Wait, Lizzo are you a virgin?’”

“And I remember being like, ‘No!’” she continued. “I was remember it was so embarrassing. I said, ‘I love the D’
And it held me over for a little while.”

As it turns out, even Lizzo’s first kiss was a disaster.

“Ya’ll have no idea. It was religious for me, too. Like, when we were teenagers at my church, we all made a pact that we wouldn’t do anything before marriage,” she explained. “And then, I was just so scared. Like, nobody wanted to kiss me.”

When it finally happened at 21, it didn’t exactly live up to the hype.

“I was actually very upset about it,” Lizzo said. “It was a New Year’s Eve thing and he forced it on me. I was really mad and I was like, ‘My first kiss is ruined.’ I was so mad.”

Lizzo’s love life has since had a major glow-up.

The singer is now coupled with Myke Wright, whom she’s known since 2016 when they were co-hosts for MTV’s “Wonderland” and went public with in 2022.

“I am very much in love with Myke. 100 percent,” she told Howard Stern in 2022. “There’s nobody else I’m going to be with for the rest of my life.”

Earlier this month, Lizzo rocked a sparkly pink minidress while showing off her noticeably slimmer figure while performing in Houston.

The star has lost around 60 pounds and 16 percent of her body fat since 2023, as part of her ongoing “weight release” journey.
