Lily Allen and David Harbour have found a buyer for their New York City townhouse, according to the real estate agent behind the listing.
Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group shared in an Instagram post on Thursday, January 22, that the Brooklyn brownstone is expected to sell for $7.3 million.
The property was listed for nearly $8 million in October 2025 by the Gambino Group.
âAn enchanting, 22-foot-wide late-19th-century brownstone reimagined across four levels, blending traditional English charm with modern Brooklyn sensibilities and rich Italian influence,â the real estate firm described the brownstone.
The former coupleâs home first gained buzz when it was featured in Architectural Digest in February 2023.
The 22-foot-wide property boasts an ornate Victorian-inspired living room with floral wallpaper, pea green decor, lavish velvet green sofas and a chandelier with black lampshades.
Allen, 40, and Harbour, 50, enlisted AD100 designer Billy Cotton and architect Ben Bischoff of MADE to achieve their aesthetic.
âLily is the one who really set the tone and drove the program. Every time I tried to make it calmer, she kept pushing and pushing for more,â Cotton told Architectural Digest at the time.
Harbour said of the interior design, âLily is someone who lives with color in a deeper way than most. Her taste is bold, silly, fun, eccentric â itâs exciting.â
âItâs all really a reflection of Lily. She has such presence and star quality, you just canât picture her living somewhere boring and conventional,â the Stranger Things actor added.
Allen and Harbour wed in September 2020 in Las Vegas in a ceremony officiated by an Elvis Presley impersonator. The couple separated around December 2024.
In October 2025, Allen released her hit album West End Girl, on which she alluded to Harbour being unfaithful to her.
âThere are things that are on the record that I experienced within my marriage, but thatâs not to say that itâs all gospel,â Allen told British Vogue that same month. âIt is inspired by what went on in the relationship.â
âI made this record in December 2024 and it was a way for me to process what was happening in my life,â she said in the same interview.
In early 2025, the singer opened up about entering a treatment program amid speculation about her marriage to Harbour.
âI just feel very grateful to have been given the time and the space that I needed.â Allen said on her âMiss Me?â podcast. âI went into a sort of treatment center for a few weeks, which was great. I did a lot of group therapy and some individual therapy and I needed some time and space away from everything.â
âIt was not easy â by any stretch,â she said of working on her âinner-child,â adding, âItâs a lifelong journey of healing. Itâs not a quick fix, but Iâve started meditating. I meditate two or three times a day [and] thatâs really helping me.â
In April 2025, Harbour addressed rumors about his marriage in an interview with GQ Hype.
âIâm protective of the people and the reality of my life. Thereâs no use in that form of engaging [with rumors] because itâs all based on hysterical hyperbole,â he said, noting that he did not want to contribute to a âsalacious s***show of humiliation.â
