Lainey Wilson Is So Hungry She Could Eat ‘All the Tires’ Off Her Tour Bus in New Whataburger Ad (Exclusive)

Lainey Wilson is jonesing for some Whataburger!

In a 30-second commercial for Whataburger, the country singer travels from show to show, venue to venue, keeping her energy up with periodic stops at the burger joint along the way. The spot begins with the “Hang Tight Honey” singer performing in front of a roaring crowd, cutting to her taking selfies with fans and hopping on her tour bus.

As the bus rolls down a scenic route, Wilson realizes how hungry she is.

“I’m so hungry I could eat all the tires off this bus!” she exclaims.

Cue a montage of sweet memories of her and her band: making music, posing for photos, traveling and toasting with Whataburger drink cups. Tomfoolery on the bus commences, including Wilson instagating a pillow fight and raiding the bus’s kitchen, full of Whataburger snacks and sauces.

“When you’re on the road, there’s a lot of late nights. A lot of early mornings, a lot of honey butter chicken biscuits,” she says in a voiceover. “And a lot of great times with my band.”

“You hear my belly growling?” Wilson says. She pulls up a photo of a honey butter chicken biscuit. “Yup, I’m gonna need one of those, right now.”

Wilson and the tour bus pull up to a Whataburger and order a full spread of menu items. She and the band greet others in the restaurant as they chow down after a long day.

“What-a-BURGER!” Wilson cheers, and the logo flashes with a message beneath: “Tell ’em Lainey sent ya.”
