Kroy Biermann is cutting Kim Zolciak from his team.
The former NFL lineman has filed for divorce from the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum for the third time, according to documents obtained by E! News Feb. 21.Ā
In the paperworkāthis time filed in the Cobb County of GeorgiaāBiermann, 39, described their relationship as being āirretrievably brokenā and said the pair now live in separate residences.Ā
āPetitioner and Respondent were lawfully married on or about November 11, 2011,ā read the divorce petition, āand since that date lived together as husband and wife until approximately the filing of this Complaint, at which time they were separated and since have lived in a bona fide state of separation.ā
Additionally, Biermann asked for child support and requested primary custody of his and Zolciakās kids Kroy Jr., 14, and Kash, 13, as well as their 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kaneāall four of whom currently reside with the retired Atlanta Falcons player, according to the filing. (The coupleās eldest children, Brielle, 28, and Ariana, 24āZolciakās daughters from previous relationships who Biermann adopted after they tied the knotāno longer live at home and have āboth reached the age of majority,ā per the docs.)Ā
