Kristy Scott Alludes to Her Housing Situation in Vague Post Amid Desmond Scott Divorce

Kristy Scott seemed to subtly address her housing situation amid her ongoing divorce from Desmond Scott.

“Same address,” the social media personality, who goes by the moniker Kristy Sarah online, wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, January 14.

Kristy, 30, included a series of snaps from a photoshoot in what appears to be her home. She can be seen posing from various spots inside the abode, including the kitchen and on a staircase.

The influencer donned a form fitting red dress with matching heels. She rocked full glam makeup and had her hair done in a sleek bob.

The post came nearly a week after Us Weekly confirmed Kristy filed for divorce from Desmond last month after 11 years of marriage. (The pair, who wed in 2014, share sons Vance, 7, and Westin, 6.)

Kristy cited alleged infidelity as the reason for their split. The docs also stated there was no chance of reconciliation for Kristy and Desmond, adding that the estranged couple would “soon stop living together as husband and wife.”

Following the news of their split, Desmond, 30, broke his silence.

“I want to begin by apologizing to Kristy, our family, and everyone who has been impacted by the public attention surrounding this situation,” he announced via his Instagram Story on Saturday, January 10. “I know this news has been disappointing for many, and I’m truly sorry for the hurt it has caused.”

Desmond continued, “Kristy is the mother of my children, and that will always come first. I remain fully committed to being an active, present, and loving parent to our boys, as I have always been.”

Desmond also addressed the allegations that he was unfaithful to Kristy and acknowledged that he made “choices” he was “not proud of.”

“I took responsibility for those actions,” he wrote. “I shared this with her directly and personally, and ultimately we decided to divorce. I ask for privacy and compassion as we navigate this difficult chapter in our lives.”

Kristy has not publicly responded to her estranged husband’s Instagram post.

Earlier this month, Us exclusively reported that Kristy asked the court to restore her surname to her maiden name, Small, in her divorce petition. Us also reported that Kristy and Desmond plan to enter a written agreement to the court regarding a potential custody arrangement for their two sons. If the exes cannot come to an agreement, Kristy wants the court to decide.

Throughout their relationship Kristy and Desmond, who have known each other since they were teenagers, have constantly featured one another on each other’s social media. In 2024, the pair celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary with a blowout bash.

“We were teenagers and hadn’t even developed any style preferences, so this was our chance to redo our wedding as the adults that we are now, celebrating the life we’ve built and journey thus far,” Kristy and Desmond said in a joint statement to People at the time.

As they gave viewers a look inside their lives, Kristy has amassed 9.5 million Instagram followers and 16.8 million on TikTok. Desmond, for his part, has 1.8 million followers on Instagram and 1.5 million on TikTok. The last post Desmond and Kristy collaborated on was in December 2025.
