Kristin Cavallari is happy living life at home.
On Wednesday, Feb. 19, fans were excited to see a peak at the Laguna Beach alum’s Tennessee home she purchased after moving out of her Franklin, Tenn., house. Cavallari, 38, had lived in the Franklin home since 2020 after she split from her ex-husband of nearly 10 years, Jay Cutler, that April.
Cavallari shared a look at the home in an Instagram photo dump full of recent photos that included her 9-year-old daughter Saylor. The Uncommon James founder shares Saylor, sons Jaxon, 10, and Camden, 12, with Cutler.
One photo showed Cavallari wearing a brown coat and black hat underneath a gray athleisure outfit as she walked through a snowy forest.

In the following picture, Cavallari is seen relaxing on a couch. A window in the photo seemingly indicates that the woods are a part of her backyard.
Another photo features a tall ceiling building connected to the room she was in by a floor-to-ceiling window-filled connecting room.
While another pic shows off three dogs waiting by another window, it also gives a view of a building in the far background.
The post also offered a view of Cavallari’s outdoor patio, which is located outside her kitchen. Two photos showed the kitchen with a marble-top kitchen island and a stainless steel stove.
Cavallari indulges in chocolate-covered strawberries and snaps a selfie of her and her daughter in more pics.
The mom of three captioned the post, “homebodies.” In the comment section, fans couldn’t get over the home.
“That house is insane Kristin! Wow,” one person wrote. “Beautiful house but looks scary af to be there at nightall those trees an windows lol,” another person shared.
“Not hard to be a homebody with that scenery! Beautiful,” a third user commented.
Last June, Cavallari shared on an episode of her Let’s Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari podcast that she immediately fell in love with her new home when she first saw it.
“I wasn’t looking but my real estate agent was like, ‘Trust me, you want to come see this house.’ And I completely fell in love with it,” she said. “It was a big decision for me because my current house right now, I love so much and I made this house exactly how I want it.”
While the podcast host admitted that her old house was still “meaningful” to her, referring to it as her “divorce house,” she said she was ready to let it go.
