Kristen Stewart delivered one of her boldest looks yet.
The actress, 35, was spotted entering NBC Studios in New York City on Monday, January 5, wearing a sheer, nude-toned sequin Isis slip dress from The New Arrivals by IÌlkyaz Ăzel that put her black underwear on full display.
Stewart paired the slip with a Leset crop top, which retails for $78, completing her edgy ensemble that was styled by Tara Swennen with black Patty ankle boots from Casadei for an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers.
She opted for a simple, minimalistic glam done by artist Misha Shahzada, rocking a tousled updo and choppy bangs courtesy of stylist David von Cannon.
Hours before her TV appearance, she kept cozy in a black hoodie with a plaid lining while rocking a pair of sunglasses.
Stewart was in great spirits while promoting her directorial debut, The Chronology of Water, which is in theaters now and tells a powerful story about a woman who finds her passion as a competitive swimmer after surviving an abusive childhood.
During her late night appearance, host Seth Meyers asked how she rang in 2026. âNot a very boozy New Yearâs Eve, or was it?â he inquired, before showing off a picture of himself and the Twilight actress drinking together on a prior occasion, which Stewart fondly recalled.
âWe have a great time,â Meyers continued. âYou gave me a lesbian makeover and did a great job.â Stewart agreed, adding, âI love how you stuck to it as well. Iâm really impressed.â
Stewart said that her resolution for the new year involves more self-care both mentally and physically, explaining that âI never sit down and go like, âNow is the time to take care of yourselfââ â but her mindset is changing.
âWe have stuff to do, you know. We gotta be with each other, present. Itâs nice to go through periods of release,â she continued, clarifying, âRight now, I kind of want to, like, absorb.â
Stewart recently made headlines after revealing that she would be open to directing a Twilight remake. The actress became a household name when she starred as Bella Swan in a series of films alongside costars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, who played vampire Edward Cullen and werewolf Jacob Black, respectively â leading to the Team Edward and Team Jacob rivalry.
âI would love â look, I love what Catherine [Hardwicke] did, I love what Chris [Weitz] did, I love what all of the directors did with the movies,â Stewart shared with Entertainment Tonight at Varietyâs 10 Directors to Watch and Creative Impact Awards in Palm Springs, California, on Sunday, January 4. âThey were so themselves and weird and kind of, like, squirrelly and just so present in that time when they didnât really know what they were yet, like, before they blew up,â Stewart said of the movie franchiseâs success.
She added, âImagine if we had a huge budget and a bunch of love and support. I donât know â I would love to readapt. Yeah, sure, Iâll do the remake. Iâm doing it! Iâm committed!â
