Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr.’s lawyer, Jason Sheffield, is speaking out after additional disturbing allegations against his 15-year-old client came to light during a shocking bond hearing Friday.
“The characterizations made in court regarding the prior juvenile matter involving KJ Biermann grossly misrepresent both the facts and the ultimate resolution of that case,” Sheffield said in a statement obtained by Page Six.
“The matter arose from inappropriate, crude behavior involving two middle-schoolers,” he continued. “It did not result in an adjudication for statutory rape, sexual intercourse, or any comparable offense.”
