Kim Kardashian reportedly cut short her daughter North’s visit with Kanye West after learning that Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, would be there, too.

The Skims co-founder had her eldest child removed from her ex-husband’s care after security guards told her that the controversial Tate brothers were on their way, TMZ reported Wednesday.

Similarly to jailed hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, Kardashian reportedly does not want her four kids around Andrew and Tristan, both of whom are facing charges including rape and human trafficking.

The brothers were arrested in Romania in 2022 and later charged with creating a criminal organization to sexually exploit women. They have also been accused of crimes in the US and the UK.

Andrew, 38, and Tristan, 36, have denied wrongdoing and recently left Romania to return to America after a travel ban on them was lifted.

Last week, Kardashian, 44, took West, 47, to court to stop the release of a song that featured North, 11, Combs, 55, and the embattled Bad Boy Records founder’s son Christian “King” Combs.

However, West — who now goes by Ye — dropped the track, titled “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine,” in a since-deleted X post on Saturday anyway.

The Yeezy designer also shared a screenshot showing what appeared to be a recent text message exchange with the reality TV star, in which he proclaimed he would “never” speak with her “again.”

Kardashian purportedly responded, “I asked you at the time if I can trademark [North’s] name. You said yes. When she’s 18, it goes to her. So stop.

“I sent paperwork over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her,” she continued. “One person has to trademark!”

Sources familiar with the situation told TMZ that the “Kardashians” star had sent a cease-and-desist letter to West and even went as far as having an emergency mediation with a mediator and a judge.

However, West never joined — though he promised he would not release the song, which he still did.

During the mediation meeting, Kardashian brought up Ye’s openly antisemitic views, his swastika T-shirts and his friendship with the Tate brothers, per TMZ.

A source told Page Six, “Kim’s priority is the well-being and safety of her children and to protect them from being around Kanye’s controversial behavior.”

The former couple — who were married from 2014 to 2022 — also share son Saint, 9, daughter Chicago, 7, and son Psalm, 5.

Following their most recent feud, Kardashian is said to be contemplating changing her custody agreement with West.

The exes previously agreed to share joint physical and legal custody of the kids when they settled their divorce.
