Khloé Kardashian’s harshest fashion critic? Her mom, Kris Jenner.
In an interview with The Sunday Times released on Sunday, Feb. 16, the Good American co-founder, 40, told the outlet that the momager, 69, “won’t leave home without looking perfect.”
“She gets mad at me if I’ve rolled out of the house in baggy sweats,” Khloé continued. “She’ll just look me up and down.”
When it comes to the women in her family, the reality star also shared, “Both of my grandmothers and my mom were always so chic. I have never seen either of my grandmothers with a hair out of place. My dad’s mom had such exquisite jewelry and was always put-together, and my mom’s mom, MJ, owned a boutique and always looked fabulous and presentable.”
As for her own personal style, Khloé described it as “modernly sexy.”
“I mix it up and like playing different characters,” she explained. “Right now we’re in London so it’s fitting to be more demure. I have a bow in my hair.”

The star went on to share the most treasured item in her closet — a pair of Dolce & Gabbana leather boots that her late father, Robert Kardashian, gifted her when she was 13.
“He was frugal and didn’t believe in buying young kids designer brands,” Khloé recalled. “These boots were not his style — they had safety pins up the back and were a little mature for me, but they were in the sale at Neiman Marcus, which appealed to him! They are still in my closet and I will never get rid of them. They’re my first designer heels and from him, so they are very precious.”

Despite her style critiques, Jenner is also her daughter’s biggest hype woman. In a recent episode of her podcast Khloé in Wonder Land, Khloé said that her mom encourages her to take naked photos of herself to look back on when she’s older.
“I’m like, ‘Are you okay? Can you stop?’ She’s always like, ‘You’re never gonna look as good as you do now,'” she shared.
“She’s like, wear a bikini,” Khloé continued. “Like it could be snowing, just wear a bikini.”
