Khloé Kardashian got candid about using filler to correct the indentation in her cheek after having a skin cancer tumor surgically removed from her face two years ago.

“As a result of the surgery, and the tumor my incredible doctor removed, I ended up with an indentation in the side of my face,” the reality TV star wrote on Snapchat Friday.

“I waited 9 months after surgery to get the indentation filled.”

The “Kardashians” star, 40, went on to explain why she had to wait nearly a year after her surgery to fix the indentation.

“We had to make sure medically everything was safe and my doctor gave me the go ahead,” the mom of two wrote.

The Good American co-founder — who previously shared photos of her post-surgery face in September 2023 — documented the before-and-after transformation with two sets of close-up images.

“Indent before injections,” she captioned the top snapshots of her cheek with a noticeable dip in the middle.

“Indent after one round of injections,” Kardashian captioned the bottom images.

“You can see the difference between the before and after,” she added.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum previously addressed her cheek tumor when a follower questioned her facial bandage in February 2023.

After the person commented “what the heck is on your cheek,” she replied, “A bandage 🩹 I had a tumor removed from my face but I’m totally ok. Thank you for asking ❤️.”

Prior to that, Kardashian had encouraged her followers to get screened for cancerous moles in October 2022.

“I am [predisposed] to melanomas. … I am someone who wears sunscreen every day religiously, so no one is exempt from these things,” she wrote at the time.

Kardashian also had a similar health scare when she was 19. In 2016, she revealed that doctors had previously found a malignant mole on her back.

“I’ve gone through this process a couple of times and I am so grateful that most moles have not been cancerous,” she wrote on her mobile app and website at the time.

“However, there was one mole I had on my back that was skin cancer. I had 8 inches of skin removed. It was definitely painful because it was a lot of skin, but most of the time the removals haven’t been that bad.”
