Back to basics.
Kendra Wilkinson hit the gym for the first time in two years amid her GLP-1 weight loss journey.
The former Playboy model shared her vulnerable return via Instagram Wednesday, admitting to her followers that she âhasnât worked out in probably two yearsâ and has âno ideaâ what sheâs doing.
âI donât know where to start,â she confessed in an Instagram Stories clip. âDo I start with cardio? What do I do?â
In another video, Wilkinson showed her âslow startâ on the StairMaster alongside her 12-year-old daughter, Alijah.
The âGirls Next Doorâ alum then moved on to some weight training.
âEnded with cardio too. Whatever. Lol,â she captioned the last clip of her on a treadmill.
Wilkinson also shared more photos of her, Alijah and 16-year-old son Hank all working out together.
âFamily gym timeâŠMakes me so happy!! đ đđŒââïž,â she captioned the carousel.
Fans in Wilkinsonâs comments section praised the reality star for sharing the candid post and encouraged her to continue on her gym journey.
âWhat a healthy way to spend time together with your kids! And at the same time teaching them a great lifestyle! đ€ kudos mama,â one gushed
âLooking great, doing great. Stay strong!â another wrote. A third added, âBelieve in Yourself! Every day a little more! Youâve got this!â
Last month, Wilkinson revealed she dropped over two dress sizes just by taking GLP-1 weight loss drugs.
âI go by the fit of my clothes and old clothes. Was on my way to size 10. Now Iâm less than a size 6,â she told her Instagram followers.
Back in March, the 41-year-old revealed that she started using a GLP-1 for financial reasons.
âI hit 40. Iâm happy. Iâm at peace, but I noticed that my jeans are a little tighter lately, so I donât want to go out and shop anymore,â she told Us Weekly at the time.
âMama is on a budget, so I have to fit back in my jeans.â
Despite her major weight loss transformation, the real estate agent insisted that slimming down so much wasnât her goal.
âI just want to slightly, like, ease my way into it,â she noted. âI just want to be balanced out. I donât really want to be skinny, but I just want to be balanced and fit in my jeans again.â
âIâm a little overweight at the moment,â she also shared.
