Some women get a new haircut after a breakup, but Kelly Osbourne has decided to get a new tattoo. The mom-of-one took to social media on Tuesday March 24, to share she had gone under the needle, having what appeared to be an orange star inked on her rib cage next to a previous tattoo.
Kelly recently split from her fiancé, and the father of her son, Slipknot musician Sid Wilson, seven months their engagement.  Sid, 49, proposed to Kelly, 41, in July 2025 after more than three years of dating and welcoming their son, Sidney, together in November 2022.
The video revealed she visited her friend Luigi Carbone, a tattoo artist who works in London, a day after she and close friends watched Lily Allenâs âWest End Girlâ tour stop in the capital city.
Kelly also posted a cryptic message on Instagtam which read: âI am in love with this sentence. âForgive yourself for not knowing earlier what only time could teach,'â hinting that the split may not have come without its trials.

The Daily Mail reported that Kelly has been struggling with the grief of losing Ozzy in July 2025 and that she and Sid had tried to work through the issues for their son, but decided they were better off apart.

Kelly and Sid remained friends up until around 2022, when their relationship turned romantic. Sid took to one knee backstage at the final Black Sabbath show in Birmingham, a month before Ozzy passed away.
Kellyâs parents were both there to witness Sidâs surprise proposal on July 5, 2025 at Villa Park in Birmingham â weeks before Ozzy died at age 76 from cardiac arrest following a battle with Parkinsonâs disease.Â

Kelly had a look of shock on her face, as mom Sharon smiled and Ozzy sat beside the Slipknot musician and peeked at the ring.
âI was trying to leave and my mum dragged me back to the party and asked me to find her a microphone. I thought she was just gonna thank everyone for coming,â Kelly told fans.
