Kelly Osbourne had fans doing a double take when she showed off her darkest hair transformation yet.
The 41-year-old looked almost unrecognizable after ditching her signature blonde hue to walk in the Natasha Zinko x OnlyFans show at London Fashion Week on Friday, September 18.
Kelly walked the runway rocking a very short, black bob with asymmetric bangs covering her left eye.
Her look was completed with a backless halter-neck white shirt with a black bow tie, a black pencil skirt adorned with white feathery trim, and a mini handbag shaped like a bat.
Kelly’s dark hair transformation was only temporary, as she revealed on her Instagram Stories that she was wearing a wig.
She shared a video of a stylist working on her hair set to Stephen Task’s song “Wig in a Box,” captioning the clip: “The look is looking.”
Kelly is no stranger to wigs, and revealed earlier this month that she wore one to the 2026 Grammys Awards in February to hide how pronounced her cheekbones were following her recent weight loss.
“I looked like the [expletive] Crypt Keeper,” she told The Mail on Sunday. “I said, ‘This is scary. I didn’t know I looked like this.’ My spine – you could see every single bone.
“I couldn’t see what other people saw because I was in so much pain. I just saw a broken person.”
Kelly revealed she “wasn’t very well” at the time while dealing with the aftermath of her beloved father Ozzy Osbourne‘s death in July 2025.
“I was scared. I wanted to be there to support my mom and to pay tribute to my father’s legacy, [but] I don’t think I should have gone. I wasn’t very well,” she added.
First interview
Kelly also sat down with HELLO! this month for her first exclusive photoshoot and interview since the devastating loss of her father.
Opening up about how she has dealt with relentless scrutiny about her physical appearance, Kelly revealed she had begun the “slow process” of improving her wellbeing.
While she appeared to handle the negative press with poise, she was struggling privately behind closed doors. “I didn’t navigate it – I wasn’t well,” Kelly told HELLO! during our shoot at Berkshire’s Cliveden House.
“How can you navigate something so cruel when you’re so sick? I’m getting a lot better. I’ve got all the help I need and I’m grateful for the support I have in my life.
“[I have] this incredible team of people I’ve built around me who are not just my friends, because what you’ll find when you’re grieving is that people don’t know how to handle it, and you do lose a lot of friends. But the ones who stick around are the real ones.
“To go through what I had to go through on top of all of that just made it even harder. So I just had to ignore it.”
Looking to the future, Kelly is taking a steady approach to both her mental and physical health, which she admits is “not going to be fixed in a day.”
