Kelly Clarkson and Billie Eilish should stick together.
The Grammy-winning American Idol alum performed a cover of Eilishâs Grammy-nominated hit âBirds of a Featherâ for the daily Kellyoke segment of The Kelly Clarkson Show on Jan. 29 â and effortlessly stunned with her signature powerhouse vocals.
Sporting a simple red blouse and pants, Clarkson delivered a beautiful rendition of Eilishâs Hit Me Hard and Soft album track that was quite faithful to the original version, which reached No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 last year.
âI donât know what Iâm crying for / I donât think I could love you more / It might not be long, but baby, I / Iâll love you âtil the day that I die,â sang the NBC talk show host alongside her band.
âBirds of a Featherâ is up for three nominations at the 2025 Grammy Awards: song of the year, record of the year and best pop solo performance.
Eilish also received nods for best pop duo/group performance with her remix of Charli xcxâs âGuess,â best dance pop recording with âLâAmour de Ma Vie (Over Now Extended Edit)â and both record of the year and best pop vocal album with Hit Me Hard and Soft.
