Happy 25th anniversary to Keely Shaye Brosnan and Pierce Brosnan! The Hollywood couple celebrated the milestone with throwback photos showing off their love.
Keely, 62, shared several photos of her and Pierce, 73, to her 283k Instagram followers, with the caption: “Happy 25th wedding anniversary my love! What an adventure life is with you. Looking forward to the next 25 years beside you @piercebrosnanofficial.”
And while she never starred in the action series alongside her real life James Bond, it seems Keely knows a thing or two about the role.
In one throwback beach photo, Keely looked just like an infamous Bond Girl. She and Pierce posed in front of the ocean wearing coordinating outfits – Keely in a gray midi dress and her husband in a light blue button up with khakis.
Fans flooded the comments with well wishes for the happy couple. One person wrote: “My gosh you both are equally beautiful on outside but it’s your ability to be so kind, giving, real and just creative. It’s a true gift in my life to know you both.” Another fan added: “Happy Anniversary to the most beautiful couple. You are the finest example of the meaning of love.”

Pierce and Keely tied the knot on August 4, 2001 at the 13th-century Ballintubber Abbey in County Mayo, Ireland, seven years after they met at a party in Mexico. The wedding reception was held at Ashford Castle Hotel in County Mayo with 120 guests, with the 13th-century Irish castle being decked with vibrant flowers and glittering candles.
Before Pierce and Keely said “I do,” they welcomed two children. Their oldest son Dylan was born in 1997. And six months before their wedding day, their second son Paris was born. Pierce is also dad to Christopher, 53, Sean, 42, and his late daughter, Charlotte, who she shared with the late actress Cassandra Harris.

“She’s given me wings to fly and lets me, you know, gallivant around the world here making movies. But we’re here and Hawaii is her home and our home,” he told Fox. “You know, it’s just solving one problem after the [other], whether it’s the washing machine or how far the finances are going to go, or what your dreams are. But ultimately, we just enjoy each other’s company enormously.”

“Keely and I have been tripping the lights on down the road happily so for twenty-five years, as husband and wife,” Pierce shared to Route Magazine about the next chapter of his life. “She’s a great lady, she’s my North Star and has given me wings to fly in this career, and traveled with me hand in hand across the world, especially in the days of Bond. She’s made the most beautiful home for our sons and myself.”
