Kate Middleton channeled style icons Carrie Bradshaw and the late Princess Diana while hosting Nigeria’s president and first lady for a state visit at Windsor Castle on Wednesday.
The Princess of Wales looked chic in a green gown designed by Andrew Gn, with a high neckline, sheer balloon sleeves and a banded waistline.
She also wore Manolo Blahnik Hangisi pumps, which Bradshaw famously wore in the late 1990s series “Sex and the City.”
Middleton, 44, also wore Diana’s favorite Queen Lover’s Knot tiara, designed with diamonds and pearls. Additionally, she honored Queen Elizabeth II by wearing sapphire fringe earrings that belonged to the late royal.
The mom of three topped off her look with a Jenny Packham-designed purse and wore her Royal Family Order of King Charles III.
Draped around Middleton was the GCVO Sash and Star. She elegantly styled her hair in waves.
The philanthropist was all smiles as she walked alongside her husband, Prince William.
The Prince of Wales stepped out wearing a black tailcoat with a white tie and his Most Noble Order.
Middleton and William were also joined by King Charles, his wife, Queen Camilla, and several others to honor the President of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The royals welcomed Tinubu after Middleton celebrated St. Patrick’s Day just the day before at a parade with the Irish Guards at Mons Barracks in Aldershot, England, on Tuesday.
Middleton, of course, wore green for this occasion as well, presenting traditional sprigs of shamrock to soldiers while garbed in a bespoke Alexander McQueen emerald double-breasted coat.
She cinched the outwear with a black leather belt over a sleeveless McQueen dress, and further kept warm with a black scarf and Cornelia James gloves.
