The footage from Justin Timberlake’s infamous Hamptons arrest has finally been released despite his attempts to block it.
Video from the incident showed the “Mirrors” star was pulled over in his gray 2025 BMW vehicle and running through a series of questions before he complied with the officers’ requests for him to complete several tests.
He seemed to be confused by the operations, as he told the officers “These are, like, hard tests.”
Timberlake, 45, then stumbled a couple times while attempting to walk a straight line at the cops’ request.
Eventually, the pressure of the situation appeared to get to him as he said, “My heart’s racing.”
The former *NSYNC member was polite throughout the interaction, answering authorities with a “yes sir” as he cooperated with various tasks. But, he ultimately declined to take a breathalyzer test several times.
After police put him in handcuffs and put him in the back of the squad car, his female friend arrives on the scene and offers to drive his car.
The video arrives shortly after Timberlake filed a lawsuit against the posh Long Island town of Sag Harbor where he was arrested, in an attempt to block the footage from being released to the public.
A rep for Timberlake did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The “SexyBack” singer was arrested in June 2024 and was charged with one count of driving while intoxicated and cited for two traffic violations: failure to stop a stop sign and failure to keep right.
At the time, a source told Page Six that the former *NSYNC member was pulled over after meeting some friends at the historic American Hotel in Sag Harbor for dinner, but “there were cops stationed outside.”
“His friends were telling the police, ‘Let him go, let him go,’” the source added.
We also exclusively reported that the “Trolls” voice actor expressed his concern for the fate of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour during the investigation.
“The cop didn’t know who he was at first,” a source told us. “Justin said under his breath, ‘This is going to ruin the tour.’ The cop replied, ‘What tour?’ Justin said, ‘The world tour.’”
His long night was apparent on his face as he posed for his mugshot with visibly bloodshot eyes after being taken into custody.
The Grammy winner went on to take a plea deal for the arrest, lowering his DWI charge to a traffic violation, which isn’t a criminal defense.
