Jessica Biel “was not happy” that her husband, Justin Timberlake, got arrested for driving while under the influence in the Hamptons back in June, a family insider told People Tuesday.

Per the source, the pop superstar has “done everything he can” to “make up” for what he did, making him and Biel feel “relieved” that the scandal is in the past. Specifics on how he made amends were not given.

After several court hearings, Timberlake, 43, finally pleaded guilty to an impaired driving charge in September. He was forced to apologize outside of the courthouse at the time as part of his plea deal.

Despite her private feelings on the matter, Biel was publicly supportive of her spouse from the start.

The “7th Heaven” alum, 42, attended Timberlake’s Forget Tomorrow World Tour concert at Madison Square Garden New York City on June 25 — only a week after his arrest.

She was seen at the time enjoying herself in the crowd while singing, dancing along and sipping a drink.

Earlier this year, however, Biel confessed while on “The View” that her marriage is a “work in progress.”

“It’s constantly trying to find the balance, trying to find the time we can connect,” she explained in May.

The family source added to People Tuesday that despite Biel and Timberlake — who tied the knot in 2012 — having been married for a “long time,” they “have to work on their marriage like most couples.”

“Being working parents is never easy,” the insider admitted before noting, though, that the “SexyBack” singer and “Sinner” alum are “both committed to staying married.”

“Jess thinks he’s a wonderful dad,” the source concluded. “They’re a great team.”

Page Six reached out to reps for Biel and Timberlake but did not immediately hear back.
