Julianne Hough turns up the heat with steamy, skin-baring sauna display

Julianne Hough put her sculpted abs on full display while taking a selfie in a sauna.

The “Dancing With the Stars” host sported a tiny yellow bikini in an Instagram Story she posted Tuesday. Hough, 37, angled the camera down as sweat glistened on her body.

Her blemish-free skin was also on display as she stared straight into the camera.

Hough added a yellow heart emoji to her post to match her swimwear.

The dancer is clearly a fan of sweating out in saunas. Last June, she flaunted her fit figure in a brown bikini as she did stretches inside of a sauna and shared the video with her Instagram followers.

Hough revealed that she works out at least five days a week, including walking around the hills with her dog, in an interview with E! News last March.

“Movement in general, whether it’s 10 minutes or five minutes of something, I have to move my body,” she said.

She shared that she makes it a point to focus on her energy as well.

“This is the age of energetic health, because if you can change your energy, then you can change your mindset, and then you can change your physicality,” she explained. “We’ve been going about it the other way, which is: If I’m physical, then my body is going to look good. But if you focus more on your energy, then you get fitness as a plus.”

Hough previously defended her bikini body when fans expressed concern about her appearance after she posted a spa day video in October 2024.

“My body has never been healthier,” Hough said. “I was full of inflammation in my 20’s and had a marker for an auto immune that I addressed and committed to over a year and a half ago.”

“I’ve frozen my eggs over the last few years which also shifts the body fluctuation,” she continued. “I’ve never been healthier or happier from the inside out.”

She said that she’s also “made it a huge priority to accept, express, process and release a lot of emotions over the years” because “grief, loss, sadness and fear also get stored in the body.”

The “Safe Haven” star later directly addressed trolls telling her to “go eat a cheeseburger” by posting a video of herself doing just that.
