Jonah Hill revealed to Interview magazine that he had welcomed a second baby with his longtime partner, Olivia Millar, and that the pair had secretly tied the knot. The 42-year-old let slip during an interview with Martin Scorsese for the publication that he was a father of two, having welcomed his first child in June 2023.
“I have two kids now. The only thing that could separate me from my family is the editing room,” he shared. “I love the writing, I love the shooting, but editing…it’s like dessert every day. Even the problems are dessert.”
He also referred to Olivia as his “wife” in the interview, despite there being no prior reports of their nuptials.
“I was saying to my wife, ‘He’s seeing it over the weekend, so what if he hates it but already agreed to do it?'” Jonah said, in reference to his new film, Outcome, which he wrote, directed and starred in.
Jonah and Olivia were first linked back in August 2022 after they were spotted out and about holding hands. She is the co-founder of the online vintage clothing retailer Chasseresse and the daughter of supermodel Esmé Marshall, best known for her close relationship with Calvin Klein and her Vogue covers.
Before dating Olivia, Jonah was with his high school sweetheart, Jordan Klein, for three years until 2011. He was then linked to several stars like Rita Ora and Alana Haim, before getting engaged to Gianna Santos in 2019.
© InstagramThey split a year later, then Jonah dated surfer Sarah Brady between 2021 and 2022. Their breakup turned explosive in 2023 when Sarah shared several text threads between the pair on social media and accused him of weaponizing “therapy talk” to “gaslight” her.
“Keeping it to myself was causing more damage to my mental health than sharing it could ever do,” she shared with her followers. Jonah has made a major transformation in recent years after dropping an estimated 200 lbs, and previously shared how his relationship with the media severely impacted his self-confidence.
© Getty Images for SiriusXM“The media kept being really brutal about my weight,” he said in the documentary Stutz. “It was just kind of free game for anyone to sort of hit my sore spot. It made me so defensive – like almost anticipating someone saying something mean.”
© Michael Ostuni“I’d be so angry. It kept me from feeling any sense of [being] able to grow past negative feelings about myself,” he added. He also hit back at the media in a poignant Instagram post in 2021, where the Superbad actor revealed just how far he had come on his self-love journey.

“So the idea that the media tries to play me by stalking me while surfing and printing photos like this, and it can’t phase [sic] me anymore is dope. I’m 37 and finally love and accept myself.”
