John Travolta has plenty to celebrate in 2025.

The two-time Oscar-nominated actor marked the new year alongside daughter Ella Bleu Travolta, 24, and son Benjamin Travolta, 14, according to a photo shared to his Instagram page late on Wednesday, Jan. 1.

“Happy new year from the Travolta family,” the 70-year-old Pulp Fiction star wrote in the caption of the sweet shot, which was snapped as he and his children stood outside amid a wintery backdrop.

For the get together, both John and Ella were bundled up, each wearing dark jackets and scarfs. Benjamin, meanwhile, stayed cool in a short-sleeve navy T-shirt.

John shares Ella and Ben with late wife Kelly Preston, who died of breast cancer in July 2020 at the age of 57. The two were also parents to son Jett, who died in 2009 at 16.

Over the years, the Hollywood icon had regularly shared family updates on his social media account, including a touching message of support to son Ben in November on the teen’s birthday. “Happy birthday my Ben. Your dad loves you!” the Grease star captioned a picture of Ben getting a kiss from their family dog. “And so does Peanut!”

That same month, John celebrated the release of Ella Bleu’s debut EP Colors of Love and it’s lead single, “Little Bird.” The song and video is a homage to Preston, John explained on Instagram, noting its release fell on their wedding anniversary.

“My little bird don’t you cry,” Ella Blue sings in the touching ballad. “Hear my lullaby, it’ll be alright,”

The emotional clip featured intimate home footage of the Travolta family, including birthday celebrations, pool parties and dinners with loved ones.

Speaking with PEOPLE in October, Ella Bleu raved about her father’s support, recalling that he encouraged her to explore her songwriting after hearing snippets of melodies she had written and recorded on her phone during the pandemic.

“He was like, ‘Oh, wow, you should really finish these. You should finish these songs, and then, you could record demos of them or something,’ ” she said, adding that he dad’s enthusiasm “was definitely a huge part of me wanting to really get into it even more.”

Both John and Benjamin have since become key to the songwriter’s process.

“They’re so supportive,” Ella Bleu added, “and definitely a huge part of if I’m ever like, ‘Okay, do I like this song?’ I always have them to get their opinions. And I value that a lot.”
