The pair—who were romantically connected exactly 15 years ago—have exchanged a few flirty comments with one another on social media over the past few weeks, which have gotten fans buzzing.
Under a video that Jeremy posted of himself working out shirtless March 8, Jessica commented a flame emoji, which the Hurt Locker actor “liked.”
The “With You” singer—who announced her split from Eric Johnson in January after 10 years of marriage—then took to her own social media to celebrate the release of her new EP, Nashville Canyon, Part 1.
“#NashvilleCanyon is the result of learning to hear my heart again, free from industry expectations,” Jessica captioned a screenshot of the project at number one on iTunes on Instagram March 21. “It’s about surrendering, letting my voice be my main guide, and trusting the journey ahead.”
In the comments of the post, Jeremy commented, “Congrats Jess !!!” along with three clapping emojis and a fire emoji. She “liked” his comment back.
