Jennifer Lopez is once again sporting a crop top!

On Friday, Oct. 25, the multi-hyphenate was photographed with friend and celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton, as she rocked a striped top while leaving a recording studio in Los Angeles.

Pairing the look with black sunglasses as she held a beverage in one hand and her phone in the other, Lopez, 55, could be seen in a black-and-white striped top with a black polo-style collar — while she wore the piece buttoned all the way up. She complimented the look with black trousers.

Lopez’s latest fall statement comes just a month after she wore a white turtleneck crop top during a daytime outing in L.A. At the time, she also wore cream-colored pants and dark high-heeled boots, accessorizing the outfit with shades, gold earrings and a brown purse.

Lopez has been on something of a style run this fall, as in September, she wore three stylish looks in just a span of a few days in L.A. — including a layered outfit with a long fringed burgundy cardigan, a beige V-neck sweater over a gray unbuttoned striped shirt with some high-waisted jeans and a separate head-to-toe gray outfit she rocked during a Beverly Hills shopping trip.

As for the recent midriff-showing ensembles, Lopez has previously detailed her workouts and the ways she incorporates dance into them. In 2016, the star told PEOPLE that dancing “doesn’t even feel like exercise to me,” before revealing that she freestyle danced five times a week, incorporating “light weights (3 pounds) for the arms and moves that focus on the butt and thighs and engage the core.”

It’s been a busy few months for Lopez, who last month attended the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) to promote her latest project, Unstoppable.

The outing marked her first major public appearance since filing for divorce from Ben Affleck. Recently, a source told PEOPLE that Lopez “was happy to be in the spotlight again because of work” and that she’s “so over all the attention on her personal life.”

“The film festival truly uplifted her,” the source said. “She was excited to focus on work again.”

Lopez has also been reported to be part of an upcoming Netflix romantic comedy titled Office Romance, opposite Ted Lasso‘s Brett Goldstein. Upon the news, Lopez shared Deadline’s article about it on her Instagram Story, writing, “This is going to be fun!!!”
