Jennifer Aniston rang in her 57th birthday with boyfriend Jim Curtis by her side, and she couldn’t be happier with their low-key life.
“Jen and Jim have been inseparable,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly of the couple, who were first linked in summer 2025.
The Morning Show actress, 57, has been “really happy” with Curtis, 50, the insider says, noting, “This is the most comfortable she has felt in a long time, and it’s still going well.”
Curtis, a hypnotist, has given Aniston “a sense of stability and peace in her life,” the source tells Us, which sprinkled over into her recent birthday celebration.
“They had a low-key dinner and night in for her birthday,” the insider shares, adding that “the little things go far with Jen.”
Aniston, whose birthday was February 11, told Curtis she “only wanted quality time with him to celebrate, nothing crazy,” per the source.
“As someone who has everything, she especially cherishes Jim’s handwritten cards and his thoughtful and sentimental gifts,” the insider adds, telling Us that the Friends alum “didn’t want to do anything huge for her birthday.”
Aniston did, however, have plans “with her close friend group” the weekend after her special day.
When it comes to Aniston and Curtis’ day-to-day relationship, the insider says, “They have been spending more time in Montecito recently being low-key.”
Aniston was first romantically linked to Curtis in July 2025 after the pair were spotted on a trip to Mallorca, Spain.
Us confirmed that same month that Aniston and Curtis had been quietly dating for months after being set up through mutual friends.
“They are being super private but have been spending a lot of time together,” a source exclusively told Us in July 2025.
A second insider noted at the time, “This is the first guy Jen has been serious with in years.” (Aniston was previously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005 and to Justin Theroux from 2015 to 2018)
“Jen is in a good place,” the second source added, pointing out that the actress is “really happy” with Curtis. “It feels like a healthy, grown-up relationship, [and] her friends think he’s brilliant.”
Aniston, for her part, seemingly confirmed the romance via social media in September 2025 while looking back on the warmer months.
“Thank you summer ☀️❤️🙏🏼,” she captioned the Instagram upload, which included a photo of Curtis looking out at a beach sunset.
In November 2025, Curtis celebrated his 50th birthday with friends and loved ones, including Aniston.
“Happy birthday my love,” Aniston captioned an Instagram photo of the pair cozying up at the party. “Cherished ❤️.”
Curtis shared a similar photo with Aniston on his social media page, writing, “If this is a dream I don’t want to wake up. ❤️.”
Aniston gave fans a rare glimpse at her “quite extraordinary” boyfriend while speaking with Elle in November 2025. “Hypnotism is one of the many things that he does,” she shared, adding that Curtis is “very special, very normal and very kind.”
Curtis, meanwhile, spoke about how he and Aniston met during a January appearance on the Today show, confirming it was through friends.
“We found out that we had mutual friends and we started to just chat. And it took a long time. We chatted for a long time and we became close,” Curtis said, revealing that he and Aniston had been together “close to a year.”
The following month, Curtis shared a few photos from his love story with Aniston in honor of her birthday, including a kissing snap. “HBD MY ❤️,” he captioned the February 11 post.
