Jenna Dewan recently took a plunge in her pool with her children, while donning a brown high-cut swimsuit in a new video shared on social media.
The Step Up star was spotted poolside with her daughter Everly, 13, whom she shares with ex-husband Channing Tatum, and her son Callum, six, whom she welcomed with her fiancƩ Steve Kazee. The duo also welcomed Rhiannon in 2024.
Her daughter wore a green a white two-piece and her son was seen in blue swim trunks in their luxurious backyard, complete with both a pool and hot tub.
In the video, her daughter Rhiannon can be heard adorably yelling āready, set, go,ā in the background before they happily jumped in.

Jenna admitted that with all the responsibilities she has in her life, getting consistent workout time can be difficult, but it definitely pays off in the long run, especially for her mental health, and she expressed that sheās āa better person for it.ā
She shared with Womenās Health: āIāll be a better person at work, Iāll be a better actress, Iāll be a better mom.ā
The star added: āIām happier when Iām moving.ā Her usual go-tos are strength training, Pilates, yoga and getting her steps in by walking.
Jenna credited her fitness trainer for always mixing up her routine which keeps it refreshing and fun. She expressed: āI feel really grounded and I feel really strong.ā
The one thing thatās remained a consistent habit for her has been using exercise bands, which she regularly keeps on her when she travels for work.
The actress explained: āGrowing up, that instilled some sort of discipline in me and it was just a way of being, so that stuff is very natural.ā In addition to that, she also meditates at least once a day.
The performer revealed: ā[Iām] biohacking this and that. It all kind of comes down to balance for me.ā
What is Jenna Dewanās diet?
Jenna emphasized her need for balance when it comes to her diet as well. She follows the popular 80/20 rule and revealed that sheās āpretty healthy,ā and has a āmostly vegetarianā diet
The dancer also confessed: āBut then I also want nachos at times, and I want French fries. I let myself splurge when I feel it.ā
She starts her mornings off with a celery or green juice or a smoothie, plus she drinks her probiotics, and then she enjoys some coffee.
For lunch she loves salads with protein and at times fruit, which are seasoned with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
As for snacks, she has some hummus with either vegetables or crackers with her kids, or apples.
Her dinner favorites include enchiladas, casseroles, or vegetable stir-fries. To finish her day off on a high note, she has either a cup of wine or tea.
