Jason Kelce might be a tad jealous of Travis Kelce’s flowing locks.
Jason, 37, praised Travis’ thick hair during a Wednesday, March 5, episode of their “New Heights” podcast.
“Jason’s got a little suave going on right now,” Travis, 35, told Jason, who then complimented his brother’s hair.
“You’re the suave. Take that hat off,” he said. “You’ve got the suave.”
Travis then removed his baseball cap, revealing his pushed back caramel strands, which he’s been growing out. “Maybe just a little,” he playfully admitted, tossing his strands around.
“Look at that hair,” Jason gushed. “Gosh. I can’t believe you haven’t started balding.”
Travis then asked his brother what he was talking about because their Kelce bloodline has such luscious locks.
Jason then shared that he noticed his own mane is “getting thin up there.”
“I’m balding, Travis,” he said, prompting his brother to ask “where” he was talking about, because Jason still has thick tresses. Jason then tilted his head down for the camera to see the top of his scalp.
“That’s just a widow’s peak,” Travis reassured his brother. “You’re good up top.”
Jason then explained that his locks were “going in” through the middle of his head, which prompted Travis to ask whether that was why he started pushing his strands to the side.
“I don’t do s— to my hair,” Jason quipped. “I just wake up.”
Travis has been growing out his hair, which he previously always wore cut short, after his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, encouraged him to. His Kansas City Chiefs teammate Patrick Mahomes shared that Swift, 35, was the mastermind behind Travis’ new look while chatting with Bruce Murray and Alex Smith on an August 2024 episode of their SiriusXM NFL Radio show.
“I’ve been trying to get him to grow his hair out and all of a sudden Taylor gets him to do it,” he quipped. Girlfriends know best!
