Jaime Pressly was reportedly booted from a California hotel Thursday after allegedly exhibiting erratic behavior, swearing, and putting her hands on another guest.
According to TMZ, the âMy Name Is Earlâ star was asked to leave the Signia by Hilton San Jose days before a scheduled appearance at âGalaxyConâ after hotel guests complained of her talking loudly on her phone, dropping F-bombs and drinking alcohol.
Witnesses claimed Pressly appeared to be under the influence as she spoke on the phone and was approached by security guards multiple times before ultimately leaving.
According to the outlet, Pressly initially ignored two security guards when they approached her, continuing her 30 minute phone call and holding up a finger to indicate she wasnât finished.
Witnesses reported hearing Pressly say during the call, âMommy loves you,â as well as, âYou are the best husband I have ever divorced and you are good to our kids.â
Pressly was previously married to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, with whom she shares twin boys, and has another son from a previous relationship.
After hanging up, Pressly allegedly approached a woman attending a wedding at the hotel, touched her arm and complained about the security guards.
She reportedly received another phone call after the interaction, before a guard eventually stepped in and told her, âWeâre done.â
At this point, the âNot Another Teen Movieâ actress, who launched an OnlyFans earlier this year, left the hotel lobby for around ten minutes to smoke outside before returning, hand in hand with a valet employee.
Witnesses saw the actress return to the bar for another drink before eventually being escorted away by security.
Page Six confirmed with the San Jose Police Department that authorities were not called to the scene.
Pressly ultimately canceled her scheduled GalaxyCon appearance.
A spokesperson for Signia by Hilton San Jose told Page Six that, âGiven our privacy obligations, we are unable to provide any information.â
Page Six has reached out to Presslyâs representatives for comment but did not immediately hear back.
