Cindy Crawford just wants the best for her daughter, even if that means… exorcising her?

While promoting The Shards, Kaia Gerber, 24, revealed she was once “possessed” as a child, prompting her supermodel mother to call for an exorcism.

The fellow model is Cindy and husband Rande Gerber’s youngest daughter; the couple, who has been married since 1998, are also parents to son Presley, 27.

Speaking on The Mitch Churi Chat Show, Kaia explained she attracts “beings from other dimensions in a very casual and chill way.”

She then revealed that while she was filming Ryan Murphy‘s American Horror Story: Double Feature in 2021, her mom became concerned she would become possessed, leading her to have her undergo an exorcism.

“I was told I was possessed as a child,” she said, adding that she’s been “haunted” her whole life.

“Do you know how they did the exorcism? They played a didgeridoo all over me, that’s how they did the exorcism,” referring to the wind instrument common among indigenous Australian cultures, which recently regained popularity on TikTok through musician Mike Didge.

“That actually did happen,” she maintained. “I’ve never talked about it, but that actually did happen.”

“I’m all healed,” Kaia added, not giving any further insight into her apparent child possession and being haunted.

Kaia currently stars in The Shards opposite Homer Gere, the son of Carey Lowell and Richard Gere, who was previously famously married to Kaia’s mom Cindy, from 1991 to 1995.

Kaia is currently in a relationship with fellow celebrity scion Lewis Pullman, the son of Tamara Hurwitz and Bill Pullman. In an interview for Vogue’s September issue, in which she is featured alongside her co-star Homer, Kaia, who has been dating Lewis since late 2024, called their romance the “healthiest and most adult relationship of her life.”

“I think the ultimate goal is that your relationship doesn’t change you, that you’re not code switching between relationship, friendship, professional life. I would love to always feel like me, and in this relationship I’m having the pleasure of doing that,” she said.
