As soon as the lights went down on the Co-op Live arena in Manchester, VIP attendees of the Brit Awards 2026 rushed to the exit in pursuit of various afterparties scattered around the Northern city’s night clubs.
Piling into chauffeured cars, the glitterati – and HELLO! – headed off with the hottest ticket in town to the Warner Music Group After Party, at the Cut and Craft.
The historic Grade II-listed former Manchester and Salford Bank on Mosley Street (which is now an opulent steakhouse) was transformed into pink poodle paradise with a massive blow-up replica of the fluffy dog guarding the entrance to the pink carpet.
Once inside, we headed to the cloakroom, dropped off our outerlayers and made our way to the buzzing dancefloor that was populated with some of the biggest names in music and soundtracked by a DJ mixing tunes at the back of the room.
A cocktail menu filled with pink drinks to match the Party Poodles theme quenched the thirst of the party-goers that included Lennon and Gene Gallagher, Dua and Rina Lipa, James Blunt, Rosé, Cush Jumbo, AJ Odudu, and Harris Dickinson and his girlfriend Rose Gray.
Dancing the night away
Holding the fort on the dancefloor, Dua Lipa and her sister Rina bopped along to the DJ’s beats, who was her brother Gjin Lipa, stopping to snap pictures of him as he played. She was partying without her fiancé, Callum Turner, and instead, brought along her childhood best friend, Sarah Lysander.
She posed for a selfie with HELLO! And appeared to be on a high after surprising the BRITs audience with a performance during Mark Ronson’s set, in which he remembered his late friend, Amy Winehouse.
Elsewhere, Vogue Williams, who was chauffeured by Audi to the party, told us how excited she was to be attending her first ever BRIT Awards. She clearly came prepared as she swapped her yellow ASAR gown from the show to a black lace ensemble for the party – nailing the dress code, which was ‘Best In Show Glamour’. As soon as she arrived, the mum-of-three was keen to catch up with her friends including Damian Hurley.
Elizabeth Hurley’s son Damian Hurley was also in the dancing mood as he partied with a female pal. The actor and model told HELLO!: “I’ve had a great night. The BRITs were so good this year it’s hard to pick a favourite moment, it was all amazing!”
It wasn’t just stars dancing either, as Romeo Beckham’s girlfriend Kim Turnbull got behind the decks and rallied the crowd with a lively DJ set playing dance music. She wore a semi-sheer black gown as she looked focused on playing a curated set to keep the vibes going.
Gene Gallagher, who made guests do a double take as he struck a pose very similar to his dad, Liam Gallagher, was seen to be enjoying Kim’s set as he hung out with pals, including actress Jamie Winstone and his girlfriend, Nevey Maya.
His brother Lennon was also at the party, alongside his ex-girlfriend Isobel Richmond, who was surrounded by friends as she avoided her former partner. He spent time alone, milling around the bar as he waited for his drink after which he made his way towards his sibling’s ensemble on the dance floor.
Geri Horner’s daughter Bluebell Halliwell, 19, was seen drinking and dancing with her pal Amelia White, as the pair made their way around the room, mingling with guests.
Earlier on in the evening, The Gossip lead singer Beth Ditto was getting a lot of attention from guests eager to speak to her. However, Beth had arrived with Nick Grimshaw, and her husband Teddy Kwo, who didn’t leave her side and was being quite protective of the singer.
Later, she left the party with Nick as they appeared to be keen to check out some of the other afters happening that night, including the Sony Music afterparty at Soho House Manchester.
Bathroom chats and goodie bags
During a moment of calm while the storm carried on upstairs, HELLO! stepped back from the action to powder our noses and bumped into James Blunt’s wife, Sofia Wellesley.
Amongst the influencers and other celebs topping up their makeup in the glamorous bathroom, which featured a central sink and a row of vanity mirrors and chairs along the walls, the singer’s spouse chatted away and later introduced us to the ‘You’re Beautiful’ hitmaker.
Snapping a selfie with HELLO! he reflected on his presentation of the artist of the year award with Maya Jama earlier in the evening and revealed he had a great time and felt lucky to witness the “magic” of the evening’s performers.
When asked when the last time he performed at Brits was, he joked in his usual self-deprecating way and said: “Not long ago at all!”
As the room started to clear out, we spotted Rosé, who won an award for ‘APT.’, her collaboration with Bruno Mars, sitting on a reserved table at the back of the room underneath a Warner Music logo. She appeared surprised by being one of the only high-profile people left as the clock struck two in the morning.
Deciding it was time to head out, after a final sip of champagne, we grabbed our jackets and received a Redken goodie bag filled with hair products to take home. Waving goodbye to the giant inflatable poodle as we exited the stunning building, we wandered back down the pink carpet and piled into a waiting Audi car bound for our hotel – what a night!
