Jillian Green, the estranged wife of Kim Zolciak’s boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, didn’t hold back when questioned about The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum in court — and Us Weekly has all the details.
“I have watched her on TV for years and just seen in many articles online that her life is filled with drama, and she’s in a very nasty divorce,” Green said during her deposition on June 16. “I’ve heard from others locally in the community that have gone to the same school that her children recently went to that she’s dramatic and didn’t show up much for her children’s activities.”
Mowitz filed for divorce from Green in March. The paperwork said Zolciak was served at the parking lot of a high school in Georgia. The exes share two minor children, both born in 2021. Mowitz listed the date of marriage as June 24, 2017.

Mowitz Called His Marriage to Green ‘Irretrievably Broken’
In his filing from March, Mowitz listed the reason for his and Green’s divorce as their marriage was “irretrievably broken,” hinting that his relationship with Zolciak was not the reason for the split.
Green admitted during her deposition that she did not believe Zolciak played a role in the demise of her marriage, but did make several accusations against Mowitz in court papers.
Mowitz’s lawyer, Marvin Solomiany, previously told Us, “We are not going to litigate the facts surrounding our client’s divorce case outside of the applicable legal proceedings. We encourage you to review the pleadings we have filed on our client’s behalf, which accurately represent our client’s position relating to this matter. As to Ms. Kim Zolciak, Ms. Mowitz’s decision to involve her in the divorce case is highly unnecessary as any relationship our client may have with her only began after the parties’ separation.”
How Green Learned About Zolciak and Mowitz
While being questioned by Mowitz’ legal team, Green explained how she came to find out about Zolciak and Mowitz’s relationship.
Green said she was contacted by Zolciak’s estranged husband, Kroy Biermann. She said she met up with him at her cousin’s home to talk about Zolciak’s involvement with her ex.
She said the former NFL star told her he was concerned that Zolciak would financially “drain” money from Mowitz. Green said Biermann showed her receipts of groceries that had been purchased by Zolciak using Mowitz’s credit cards.
“[Biermann said] that she was narcissistic and had a gambling problem, wasn’t present for her children,” Green said during her deposition. In her divorce, Zolciak denied all allegations brought by Biermann.
Green and Mowitz’s $100 Million Fight
There is a great deal at stake in the divorce proceedings. In court documents, Green claimed Mowitz started transferring assets, worth a substantial sum, into a trust in 2021.
In divorce docs, Green’s lawyers alleged, “[Mowitz] was engaged in an extra-marital affair and contemplating divorce at the time he created and funded the Trust.” She said she has no power over the trust.
She also claimed the trust had a nine-figure sum in assets.
In a May filing, Green’s team told the court, “On and after March 2, 2022, [Mowitz] began transferring assets acquired during the marriage into a Trust… which now has a value substantially in excess of $100 Million Dollars.”
Mowitz’s attorney scoffed at claims his client created a trust to keep assets from Green.
His lawyer said, “it was not [Mowitz] who chose to end the parties’ marriage; [Green] asked [Mowitz] for a divorce and started meeting with divorce attorneys.” Mowitz said there are “no facts” to support that he was anticipating a divorce.
His lawyer noted, “The evidence is undisputed that [Mowitz] never met or consulted with a divorce attorney until years after the Trust was established and only did so because [Green] informed him she wanted a divorce.”
“Further, if [Mowitz] had intended to defraud [Green], then he would not have named [Green] as a beneficiary of the Trust, nor would he have included that [Green] remains a beneficiary of the Trust even if the parties divorce. [Green] conveniently ignores these crucial facts in her [court documents].”
Green and Mowitz Accused Each Other of Infidelity
While Green didn’t blame Zolciak for her relationship ending, she did believe Mowitz created the trust while having an affair.
Mowitz claimed Green was the one who stepped out on the marriage and caused their breakup.
In a May filing, Mowitz’s lawyer claimed the marriage was ending, “due to [Green’s] conduct of engaging in at least one extramarital affair.”
Both denied all allegations of wrongdoing in the case.
Zolciak Confirms Romance With Mowitz
Zolciak, who is in the middle of her divorce from Biermann after splitting in 2023, spoke out about her new boyfriend on Wednesday, October 22.
After being asked about her love life during a Q&A, Zolciak admitted she was in a relationship.
“Almost two years after I filed for divorce, I went on my first day and we have been together since,” the Bravo star said.
Later in the Q&A session, Zolciak said, “Kyle and I went through the exact same situation, so we identify with each other.”
