Kanye West’s new $35 million mega-mansion in Beverly Hills, Calif., boasts two swimming pools, a spa and tons of other luxurious amenities.

Ye’s pricey Mediterranean-style, 20,000-square-foot pad — located in the ritzy gated community North Beverly Park — features 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms, according to property records.

Situated on a sprawling seven acres of land, the estate comes complete with a tennis court doubling as a basketball court, a large resort-style swimming pool as well as a second lap pool.

The lavish land also has a pool house and a separate entertainment pavilion perfect for hosting large gatherings.

Inside the abode, a contemporary kitchen features sleek wood cabinetry, a large marble island and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including two sinks and two ovens.

The space also has a breakfast nook surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for plenty of natural light.

A gorgeous living room is located on the ground floor leading out to the pool area and has enough space for a large seating area.

A second salon adorned with eye-catching art pieces offers a feeling of luxury and adds another option for relaxing and entertaining guests.

Adjacent to the living room is a cozy dining room big enough for a long table fit for a king with a glittery chandelier.

Additionally, the architectural behemoth features a spiral staircase, a modern outdoor bridge with skylight coverings, a marble hammam-style indoor hot tub and large entryways to create a flow between each room.

The Yeezy founder and his wife, Bianca Censori, have plenty of sleeping options, with each bedroom having enough room for a king-size bed and tons of storage.

The luxury doesn’t stop with the sleeping arrangements, though, as the bathrooms are also updated and opulent.

The primary bath is a standout thanks to a large marble free-standing tub and his-and-hers sinks with vanity lighting.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2022, can keep up with their fitness in a mirrored gym overlooking the lush gardens and panoramic views of the city.

West, 47, snatched up the residence earlier this year after finally offloading his disastrous Malibu home.
